This Privacy Policy explains how BigButton Co Sp. z o.o. (“BigButton Co”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes information when you use our games, websites, mobile applications, Facebook Instant Games, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Where necessary, we may request information to verify your identity before processing a privacy request.

2. Information We May Process

The information processed depends on the game, platform, device, and features you use.

Information provided by you

We may receive:

• your name and email address when you contact customer support;
• the content of messages sent to us;
• information you voluntarily provide when reporting a problem or requesting assistance;
• purchase or transaction information necessary to investigate a payment issue.

We do not require players of Tri Towers Classic Solitaire to create a separate BigButton Co account.

Platform information

When you access a game through a third-party platform, such as Facebook Instant Games, Apple App Store, Google Play, Poki, Yandex Games, or another distribution platform, we may receive information made available by that platform.

For Facebook Instant Games, this may include:

• Facebook Instant Games Player ID;
• gaming profile name;
• gaming profile picture;
• platform, locale, context, and supported API information;
• information required to enable sharing, shortcuts, game contexts, advertisements, and purchases.

We receive only the information made available through the applicable platform APIs and permitted by your platform settings.

Game information

We may process game-related information such as:

• game progress and settings;
• scores and high scores;
• completed and started rounds;
• skill level and gameplay statistics;
• virtual currency and powerup balances;
• unlocked upgrades;
• achievements and rewards;
• advertising entitlements, such as Remove Ads;
• technical events required to operate or diagnose the game.

Depending on the platform, this information may be stored locally on your device or browser, or using storage provided by the distribution platform.

Device and technical information

We or our service providers may process:

• device and operating-system type;
• browser type and language;
• approximate location derived from IP address;
• IP address;
• advertising identifier, when available and permitted;
• application version;
• crash, performance, and diagnostic information;
• information about interactions with the Services.

BigButton Co does not intentionally collect a device MAC address through Tri Towers Classic Solitaire.

Advertising information

If advertising is available in a game, advertising providers may process:

• advertising identifiers;
• IP address and approximate location;
• device and browser information;
• ad impressions and interactions;
• whether an advertisement was completed;
• information used for fraud prevention, frequency control, measurement, and, where permitted, ad personalization.

The available advertising provider depends on the platform. For example, advertisements may be provided through Meta/Facebook, Unity LevelPlay or IronSource, Poki, Yandex Games, YouTube Playables, or another platform provider.

Advertising providers process information according to their own privacy policies and platform settings.

Purchase information

When you purchase virtual currency, Remove Ads, or another product, the transaction is processed by the applicable platform or payment provider.

We may receive:

• product identifier;
• purchase status;
• purchase token or transaction identifier;
• entitlement information;
• localized product price.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• provide and operate the Services;
• save and restore game progress;
• deliver virtual products and purchase entitlements;
• provide customer support;
• enable sharing, shortcuts, and supported social features;
• provide advertisements and advertising rewards;
• detect errors, abuse, fraud, and security problems;
• maintain and improve game performance;
• understand aggregated use of the Services;
• comply with legal and accounting requirements;
• protect our rights and the rights of our players.

4. Legal Bases

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: to provide the game and requested services.
• Legitimate interests: to maintain, secure, diagnose, and improve the Services; prevent fraud; and provide customer support.
• Consent: where consent is required for advertising, tracking, or another optional activity.
• Legal obligation: where processing or retention is required by law.

You may withdraw consent through the available platform, device, browser, or game settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

• distribution platforms, including Meta/Facebook, Apple, Google, Poki, Yandex, and YouTube;
• advertising, analytics, hosting, crash-reporting, and technical service providers;
• payment processors and storefront providers;
• professional advisers and public authorities where required by law;
• a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal data for money.

Some advertising or analytics activities may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you may control these activities using platform, device, browser, consent, or game settings.

6. Facebook Instant Games

Tri Towers Classic Solitaire may be available as a Facebook Instant Game.

The game may use Facebook Instant Games APIs to:

• obtain the player’s platform identifier, gaming name, and gaming profile picture;
• start and maintain the game session;
• determine platform capabilities;
• select, create, or switch game contexts;
• share game results or invitations;
• offer a Facebook game shortcut;
• display rewarded or interstitial advertisements;
• offer in-app purchases;
• store or synchronize game progress when platform storage is enabled.

Facebook processes information according to Meta’s own terms, privacy policy, and platform settings.

Removing the game from Facebook prevents future access through the connected application, but it may not automatically remove information previously stored independently by a developer. Instructions for requesting deletion are available at:

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

Retention periods depend on the type of information:

• support correspondence may be retained while a request is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
• game progress may remain until it is reset, deleted, overwritten, or removed under the applicable platform’s rules;
• purchase and accounting records may be retained as required by law;
• security and fraud-prevention records may be retained where reasonably necessary;
• aggregated or anonymized information may be retained because it no longer identifies an individual.

When deletion is requested, we delete or anonymize eligible information unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• request access to personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw consent;
• opt out of targeted advertising where applicable;

We normally respond to valid requests within one month where the GDPR applies. This period may be extended where legally permitted for complex or numerous requests.

We do not normally charge a fee for exercising privacy rights. A reasonable fee may be charged, or a request may be refused, only where permitted by applicable law, such as for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

9. Advertising Choices

You may be able to limit advertising or tracking through:

• Facebook and Meta account settings;
• Apple or Android privacy settings;
• browser cookie and storage settings;
• consent interfaces provided by the game or platform;
• advertising-provider opt-out controls.

Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements. It may cause advertisements to be less personalized.

Purchasing Remove Ads disables eligible interstitial advertisements provided by the game. It may not affect rewarded advertisements voluntarily requested by the player or platform-level promotional content.

10. Cookies and Local Storage

Our websites and web games may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to:

• maintain game progress and settings;
• remember preferences;
• operate platform integrations;
• measure performance;
• provide security and fraud prevention;
• support advertising where permitted.

Blocking or clearing these technologies may reset game progress or prevent parts of the Services from operating correctly.

11. Children

Our Services are not intentionally directed to children below the minimum age permitted by the applicable platform and local law.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact support@bigbutton.co so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The distribution platform may apply additional age restrictions and protections.

12. International Transfers

Our Services and service providers may operate in different countries.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain integrations or links operated by third parties. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

BigButton Co is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services outside our control.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, technology, service providers, or legal obligations change.
